Lynn is a dedicated cognitive specialist, providing one-on-one private consultations to help parents enhance students’ cognitive abilities for academic success. She specializes in identifying the root causes of learning challenges and crafting customized solutions to accelerate learning abilities and overcome disabilities.
With over 9 years of experience, Lynn has assessed more than 700 students across diverse educational backgrounds, from mainstream schools to homeschooling and special needs education. Her students range from age four to mature adults across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. Her collection of over 40 breakthrough student stories—shared voluntarily by grateful parents—stands as a powerful testament to her unwavering passion and dedication to transforming young lives.
She trains her team of regional onboarding teachers, program coach and parents in her proven methodologies, ensuring students achieve optimal cognitive development and progress. At the start of the global pandemic in 2020, she also led a full digital transformation setting up Chayil Consulting, enabling dedicated work-from-home opportunities for mothers, ensuring workforce sustainability while supporting families year-round.
Affectionately known as 热心教师 “Teacher Lynn”, she has transformed students’ academic journeys, including helping a demoralized P6 student improve from D, D, E grades to A, B, B in four months, ranking among the top three in Mathematics. Her engaging and motivational teaching style has helped numerous students achieve remarkable improvements, with many staying in touch well into adulthood. To date, she has spoken to and impacted nearly 2,500 students across Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia.
As a passionate edupreneur, curriculum developer and marketer, Lynn oversees Chayil Consulting and Life Explorer Camp while managing creative direction, artistic designs and architects the modular development of her very own IP legally secured brand, Life Explorer Camp, for Gen Alpha outreaches. She shares insights through an educational travel blog and has garnered 4 million views as an incognito Google reviewer, recommending personally curated experiences to benefit her readers.
A wellness advocate, Lynn embraces healthy work-life integration, balancing her passion with hobbies such as singing, cycling, reading, photography, cooking, and fitness. She attributes her bountiful energy and youthfulness to workouts, jogs, intermittent fasting, ditching sugar and sticking to a well-balanced DASH diet for a purpose-driven lifestyle surrounded by like-minded, positive and excellent friends.
As the only aunt to her now-teen niece and nephew, she has babysat, mentored, and watched them grow through every stage: from curious preschoolers to thoughtful young teens, giving her firsthand insight into the developmental journey of children and adolescents.
Passionate Lifelong Learner in Training, Education & Wellness Innovation
With over 15 years of regional experience across Asia, Lynn has a diverse background spanning leadership training, corporate consulting, strategic planning, and wellness advocacy. She has administered Fortune 50 regional leadership programs, worked in international HR divisions, and served as an Associate Consultant in Singapore’s InfoComm Development Authority of Singapore now GovTech. Her strategic initiatives include co-led nationwide campaigns such as Read I.T. Singapore (in partnership with the National Library Board and MediaCorp), the May Day Carnival (NTUC), and spearheaded an impactful nationwide survey—Make Your Voice Heard (Infocomm).
In corporate training, Lynn held roles, including Sales Operations Manager at Sales Performance International Asia, servicing MNCs like Dell, Digital China, and Huawei. She was also part of Cargill’s corporate leadership training team, administering programs for Russian and Asia-Pacific executives. When she was fresh out of RMIT University, she was also accepted into the team with Lennon Tan spearheading and bringing in security encryption into Singapore. As a fresh grad with a 100/100 record breaking score for her paper submission in strategic global marketing and futuristic insights of training in RMIT history, Lynn presented a strategic proposal during her interview before the panel of Management Consulting team by first introducing to Starhub’s adoption within 3 months and the team brought in the first million revenue.
Her experience extends to healthcare marketing, having worked with Gleneagles Hospital’s Women and Children department, which produce a Channel News Asia medical series featuring top pediatricians and gynecological surgeons across 26 countries. Later, she contributed to Singapore’s military leadership institute, as part of the ST e-Serv team handling e-learning curriculum transformation and coaching Gen Z instructors in soft skills and effective communication.
She organized the Asia Parenting Conference (2016) at NTUC, engaging leading experts to share their insights with parents. It was during this period that she first encountered Dr. Ng’s NeuroLAT A.I.-powered cognitive training program—a groundbreaking system refined over 21 years with 1 million progressive training questions. Recognizing its immerse potential, she co-founded Seacare NeuroLAT Pte Ltd with Ang Mo Kio Constituency Chairman Mr. Goh Yeow Tin, expanding its reach to impact students and parents.
Inspired by a guiding vision and with Mr. Goh’s encouragement, she founded Chayil Consulting and later Chayil Media, to better serve families in Singapore in the Southeast Asia region.
