• Intelligent, grounded and dedicated individuals with a proven track record of positive testimonials and meaningful engagement with Gen X and Gen Y parents.
• Competent former Gen X-Y MOE teachers, adjunct lecturers, former polytechnic/university lecturers, trainers, counsellors, coaches and adult educators are warmly welcome.
• Individuals with strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Calm, emotionally mature, and teachable team players who value integrity, professionalism, and purpose-driven work.

Permanent positions with flexible and reasonably structured hours are available.

Programme Coaches 
Based in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei or Australia

Ideal for responsible, warm-hearted stay-at-home mums who desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families – right from home.

Flexible commitment:
Up to 4 – 5 hours on working days.

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Are hardworking, dependable and lovingly nurturing by nature.
• Genuinely enjoy working with children to youths and are dedicated to their growth, confidence and success.
• Possess good time management and communication skills.
• Are emotionally grounded, teachable and able to work well within a supportive team environment.
• Have the heart to journey alongside and encourage young lives meaningfully.

Full training, peer coaching and ongoing mentorship are provided throughout the year.
