Built by a collective of educators, wellbeing experts, and learning innovators, our work spans Singapore, Malaysia and Mongolia. Our flagship programs are thoughtfully designed with depth, care, and decades of experience.
- NeuroLAT, developed by Dr. Ng Meng Lek (PhD, Educational Psychology), is a dynamic science-based A.I. powered brain training system that strengthens attention, memory, processing speed, and learning stamina through targeted neuro-activation. With the value-add of Chayil’s proprietary methodologies, NeuroLAT unlocks dormant neural pathways to help learners think faster, focus better, and function more independently in school and in life.
- Life Explorer Camp, developed by Lynn See, Cognitive Specialist and WDA-ACTA Certified Trainer and Assessor, is a values-based program for tweens and youths. It builds essential life skills, critical thinking, emotional resilience, and self-awareness for the challenges of a rapidly changing world.
- What Makes You Tick (Enneagram) is a 1-2 day experiential workshop for tweens and youths, co-developed by Lynn See and Cindy Leong, and powered by The Enneagram Academy. Participants gain insight into their core motivations, strengths, blindspots and growth paths, supporting healthier relationships and personal development. A comprehensive Enneagram Diagnostics and 1-on-1 coaching by Enneagram Parenting Coaches are included upon request, for Age 14 and above.
Our AI-supported NeuroLAT program enhances over 35 core cognitive abilities, serving learners across mainstream, home-based, and special needs settings. It is also embraced by adults and seniors seeking to strengthen executive functioning and support memory health.
