Lynn attends to NeuroLAT one-on-one private consultations and scientific report reviews with parents. She has assessed the cognitive abilities one-on-one for more than 700 students, ranging across mainstream, vocational schools, colleges, home school and special needs to-date, from Singapore and overseas. The students’ age range from age 4 to adults level. She coaches her team of regional onboarding teachers for her NeuroLAT brain training program to adopt proven training methods for children to reach the optimal permanent results. She is instrumental in pioneering NeuroLAT Singapore start-up from ground zero in 2017 and growing the presence of NeuroLAT with her fellow veteran business partners in Asia Pacific. She works directly with Dr Ng’s HQ US team. NeuroLAT is now having its presence in 13 countries, with its multifarious and well-trained teams. Lynn continues her mission with her dedicated team to support students’ holistic growth and development all year round, for international demands.
Affectionately known as “Teacher Lynn”, her achievements includes having coached and tutored a demoralized P6 student, from D,D,E grades to A,B,B in 4 months and had him emerged as top 3 scorers in Mathematics with his outstanding improvement, through her customized motivational coaching and unique teaching methods for children. Another PSLE student had improved by 20 marks in Science after her 2 months of teaching as a class tutor with her fun and engaging style of training methodology. Some of her students have gotten married with kids and still in touch with her. To date, she has dedicated her life to reaching out to close to 2,500 children and youths, in both one-on-one or large groups settings residing in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
Given her instructional designer and curriculum writing background, Lynn enjoys designing her own original workshop contents from scratch and running motivational workshops for students. She has a knack in facilitating highly interactive, thought-provoking and affective activity-based programs for her participants to drive home the key messages in her workshops and camps.
An advocate of work life integration, along with fellow associates and business partners’ families and friends, Lynn enjoys working from her home office, supporting her NeuroLAT parents and students just a call away, year round. She deems her work as her calling; sports, nature walks and photography as her hobbies. The secret to her youthfulness is keeping in shape through customized HIIT-Tabata fitness regimes, 7-8 hours sleep routine, eating right with intermittent fasting; living a focused, principled and purpose-driven life with fellow like-minded friends.

Lynn has more than 15 years of regional experiences across Asia, which includes administering the top Fortune 50’s regional leadership training, international recruitment and human resources division. She has served in the Singapore government sector as an Associate Consultant for the strategic planning department involving successful nationwide publicity and outreach events, such as Read I.T. Singapore with National Library Board and MediaCorp, “Make Your Voice Heard” InfoComm campaign with the public tertiary educational sector and May Day Carnival with National Trade Union Congress (NTUC). She has worked in corporate training and sales consulting firm Sales Performance International Asia as Regional Sales Operations Manager servicing MNC clientele in Asia, such as Dell, Digital China and Huawei. She is also part of the Cargill corporate leadership training team of facilitators for Russian and Asia Pacific delegates. One of the most memorable training includes an intense Thailand Hua Hin national park corporate leadership training to push participants out of their comfort zone and experiencing a different side to life: cooking under make-shift tentage, pitching tents, pouring sulfur to keep snakes away and visiting bathrooms with giant spiders hanging over her head.
After her marketing stint with the Women and Children department in Gleneagles Hospital where she is involved in the making of Channel News Asia series featuring Top Pediatricians and Gynaecological Surgeons in Singapore, she went on to serve in the Singapore military leadership school & institute supporting instructional design and curriculum e-transformation. She has conducted orientation workshops to equip Gen Z young adult instructors with soft skills in how to build great rapport with finesse and effectively communicate with audience through savvy communications skills and unforgettable presentation style that sticks.
Lynn has formulated interactive workshops in integrated marketing communications and human resource management for local tertiary institutions. She organized the Asia Parenting Conference in 2016 at NTUC and subsequent Parenting talks to reach out to parents of mainstream and special needs children, where she engaged local reputable and leading veteran experts to speak at the Conference. Thereafter, Dr Ng first spoke with her on his NeuroLAT A.I. powered program fresh from the oven, housing his design of 1 million progressive training questions over 21 years of one-on-one training on 1,200 students. 7 years ago, Lynn saw the potential of the program in impacting lives powerfully and co-founded the NeuroLAT Singapore HQ with our Singapore benefactor, Ang Mo Kio Constituency Chairman Mr Goh Yeow Tin, to serve the needs of parents and students residing in Singapore. Chayil Consulting was thereafter set up at the start of global pandemic to continue the good work and legacy of Dr Ng and Mr Goh’s vision in the good hands of Lynn.

Lynn is a dedicated cognitive specialist, providing one-on-one private consultations through NeuroLAT to help parents enhance students’ cognitive abilities for academic success. She specializes in identifying the root causes of learning challenges and crafting customized solutions to accelerate learning abilities and overcome disabilities.
With over eight years of experience, Lynn has assessed more than 700 students across diverse educational backgrounds, from mainstream schools to homeschooling and special needs education. Her students range from age four to mature adults across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.
As the pioneer team of NeuroLAT Singapore since 2017, Lynn has been involved in expanding its presence and organic growth across Southeast Asia and 13 countries worldwide. She curates and trains regional onboarding teachers and parents in her proven NeuroLAT methodologies, ensuring students achieve optimal cognitive development and progress. At the start of the global pandemic in 2020, she also led a full digital transformation, enabling dedicated work-from-home opportunities for mothers, ensuring workforce sustainability while supporting families year-round.
Affectionately known as 热心教师 “Teacher Lynn”, she has transformed students’ academic journeys, including helping a demoralized P6 student improve from D, D, E grades to A, B, B in four months, ranking among the top three in Mathematics. Her engaging and motivational teaching style has helped numerous students achieve remarkable improvements, with many staying in touch well into adulthood. With over 15 years of regional experience across Asia, Lynn has a diverse background spanning leadership training, corporate consulting, strategic planning, and wellness advocacy. She has administered Fortune 50 regional leadership programs, worked in international HR divisions, and served as an Associate Consultant in Singapore’s government sector. Her strategic initiatives include nationwide campaigns such as Read I.T. Singapore (National Library Board & MediaCorp), Make Your Voice Heard (InfoComm), and May Day Carnival (NTUC).
In corporate training, Lynn held key roles, including Sales Operations Manager at Sales Performance International Asia, servicing MNCs like Dell, Digital China, and Huawei. She was also part of Cargill’s corporate leadership training team, facilitating programs for Russian and Asia-Pacific executives.
Lynn has been instrumental in education and parental engagement, formulating workshops in integrated marketing and HR management for local tertiary institutions.
Her experience extends to healthcare marketing, having worked with Gleneagles Hospital’s Women and Children department, producing a Channel News Asia medical series featuring top pediatricians and gynecological surgeons across 26 countries. Later, she contributed to Singapore’s military leadership institute, spearheading e-learning curriculum transformation and coaching Gen Z instructors in soft skills and impactful communication.
She organized the Asia Parenting Conference (2016) at NTUC, engaging leading experts to support mainstream and special needs parents. It was during this period that she first encountered Dr. Ng’s NeuroLAT A.I.-powered cognitive training program—a breakthrough system refined over 21 years and 1.2 million progressive training questions. Recognizing its potential, she co-founded NeuroLAT Singapore HQ with Ang Mo Kio Constituency Chairman Mr. Goh Yeow Tin, expanding its reach to impact countless students and parents.
As a continuation of Dr. Ng and Mr. Goh’s vision, she established Chayil Consulting, leading a full digital transformation during the pandemic to better serve families across Singapore and beyond.
Breakthroughs in Cognitive & Holistic Health
Committed to advancing cognitive health and holistic wellness, Lynn spent two years in 2017-2018 collaborating with Health Promotion Board Consultant, and UK-certified clinical nutritionist, Jessica See, to pilot test and refine an effective plant-based prescription for healing ADHD, ADD, impulsivity, and severe chronic allergic rhinitis, with no side effects. In 2019, Lynn also co-discovered with Mr. Yeong Weng Onn (Zhong Hua Hospital-trained TCM physician) a plant-based remedy to treat hyperhydrosis (severe sweating palms) with deep diagnosis of the root issues, so patients do not need to undergo surgical intervention.
Lynn also collaborates with Dr. Tommy, her longtime career mentor and ACTA-certified trainer, to design holistic workplace wellness retreats under Chayil Consulting. Their upcoming book, Joyful Well-Being in the Workplace, is set for release in 2025, further solidifying her impact on workplace satisfaction and personal well-being.
