A team of passionate PhD educational psychologists, A.I. professionals, Singapore veteran trainers share a dream to help our children attain higher intelligence for their academic breakthroughs and greater fulfilment. As such, we put our heads and expertise together to bridge the academic missing gap for a fun and effective refreshing change, moving with times for our younger generation born in the digital age. We are so glad we did it. This is how NeuroLAT on-demand cognitive training lessons were created over the first 21 years of design and development with 1,200 students one on one by our innovator, Dr Ng Meng Lek, and scientifically customized for each student’s pace of progress and neuroplasticity. 

To date, our results-proven cognitive training has successfully leveraged a dynamic and sensitive A.I. machine learning so they can now be made easily accessible to families worldwide, right in the comfort of their homes. Along the way, professional ancillary services were developed to support our parents and students’ holistic needs. We are privileged to receive the pioneering support of our benefactor, Mr Goh Yeow Tin, AMK Constituency Chairman, to be able to serve committed parents who needed our individually customized results-proven solutions to their children’s higher executive functioning and breakthroughs.

To better serve our community’s needs, our Signature Joyful Wellness professional certifications for working adults and Self Leadership workshop series for tweens and teens have been designed and developed by 2023 for roll-outs in Singapore and Malaysia. Our new book, Joyful Well-Being for the Workplace written by our Managing Consultant and Organizational Development expert, Dr. Tommy Tan, is scheduled to be published (hardcopy version) by 2025. Over the past 13 years and counting, Dr. Tommy has been handling organizational wide consulting and corporate leadership training to improve business performance for MNCs and SMEs across Asia.
