Description

From Pressure to Purpose™ Masterclass [1 day]

Adapted from Planted with Purpose – A Parent & Educator’s Guide to Holistic Growth

Mr Nadarajah Loganathan, Pedagogy Strategist & Leadership Mentor, Chayil Consulting and co-facilitated by Lynn See, Planted with Purpose Guide to Holistic Growth’s Contributing Author, Cognitive Specialist & Program Developer

DATE:  TBA

TIME: 9:00am to 5:00pm

In Singapore’s achievement-driven culture, conversations about parenting and education are often shaped by outcomes – not identity.

This full-day facilitated session invites parents into a carefully moderated growth room to examine how we approach behaviour, expectations and purpose, as we raise our children.

Through thoughtfully selected real-life scenarios – participants will engage in guided open sharing, deep reflections and peer dialogues.

This isn’t a lecture; it’s a sanctuary for growth. We will step into a structured learning experience with tools together, and closed-room discussion designed for honest conversations to shift the needle from pressure to purpose.

“The masterclass is powerfully packed with simple, memorable analogies. It reminded me that parenting is a journey and that we are never alone in it.”

~ Lisa Leong, Tertiary Educator & Mother of a 16 year old

“I attended the parenting masterclass and found it both useful and relatable. The topics reflected real-life challenges, and the session offered practical insights I could apply in everyday situations. The meaningful interactions and shared perspectives from other parents made it even more enriching.

The masterclass also provided valuable insight into how children think and respond, helping us better understand and support them. Overall, it was engaging, insightful, and worthwhile for both parents and educators.”

~ George Yeo, Owner of My Tuition Class

“This masterclass was truly enriching. It reminded me that parenting is about being intentional. What we sow through our words and actions will shape our children’s future.”

~ See Shir Li, Entreprenuer and Mother of 3

Meaningful Learning Parents Can Expect

Parents leave the masterclass:

  1. More aware of the difference between identity and behaviour – responding without wounding the child’s sense of self

  2. More conscious of subtle pressure patterns and hidden emotional needs that may be shaping their child’s confidence, motivation, and sense of security

  3. More intentional in aligning expectations with holistic growth – nurturing character, resilience, and inner stability, not just short-term performance

  4. Better equipped to pause, regulate, and lead with clarity instead of reacting from fear, urgency, or comparison

  5. More grounded in purposeful parenting – anchored in values, long-term direction, and emotional steadiness

This is not a parenting talk.

It is a recalibration of mindset, language, and leadership at home.

It is the beginning of raising children with conviction, not confusion.

Who This Masterclass Is For

Ideal for parents who:

  1. Desire to move beyond reactive parenting – leading with clarity, conviction, and deeper awareness of their child’s hidden emotional needs

  2. Value identity formation, emotional development, and holistic growth as much as academic success

  3. Sense that subtle pressure may be affecting their child – and want to uncover unseen needs and recalibrate wisely

  4. Want to parent with purpose – nurturing whole-child development instead of reacting from comparison or fear

  5. Are ready to examine their own patterns in order to build a stronger, more secure foundation at home

This masterclass is for parents who understand that shaping a child’s identity is more important than managing behaviour.

It is for those ready to lead with intention.
