Dr Ng Meng Lek is an Educational Psychologist, researcher, speaker and innovator of NeuroLAT, a cognitive development methodology designed to help learners understand how they learn, strengthen learning abilities and reach their fullest potential.

For more than three decades, Dr Ng has dedicated his work to understanding how learning abilities can be strengthened and how individuals can achieve their fullest potential through targeted cognitive development.

His research and practical experience have involved working with thousands of learners across a wide range of learning profiles, including students with learning difficulties, developmental challenges and those seeking to enhance their academic performance.

In 1992, Dr Ng founded Ananias Learning Centre, beginning a lifelong journey of supporting children, youths and families through educational and developmental programmes.

Over the years, his work expanded beyond direct intervention into extensive research on learning abilities, cognitive development, emotional well-being and educational psychology.

Drawing upon decades of research and field experience, Dr Ng developed NeuroLAT, an AI-powered cognitive development methodology designed to analyse learning abilities and provide individualised training pathways for learners.

Today, NeuroLAT continues to support families across Singapore and internationally.
