Distinguished leadership and training professional Nadarajah Loganathan brings over 25 years of exemplary service in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), retiring in 2009 as Lieutenant‑Colonel. His career focused on leadership development, human capital strategy, curriculum design, and workforce capability building, strengthened by three Master’s degrees – two attained under SAF scholarships and five professional diplomas. Since his military service, he has remained a leading contributor to adult education, leadership coaching, and organisational training, renowned for his disciplined, people‑centred approach and deep insights into human development and resilience. Currently serving as Adult Learning Strategist & Leadership Mentor at Chayil Consulting, he leverages his extensive experience and lifelong commitment to learning to empower youths, working professionals, and families to build confidence, achieve meaningful growth, and sustain long‑term success.

He is currently working closely with Cognitive Learning Specialist, Lynn See, to conceptualise and develop masterclasses initiative that brings together their complementary expertise and life experiences. Designed with a comprehensive and holistic approach to personal growth and development, more will be unveiled in due course.
